If you made your purchase in person, at a participating retail location, please follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure your purchase falls within the 30-day time frame. All returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for the return. 
  2. Please email returns@capsiva.com with the reason for your return request along with a copy of the receipt from your purchase. *Please note that the return will be processed from the day the email is sent. 
  3. If your return request is approved, we will send you shipping instructions. 
  4. You mail in your return to 32506 Dequindre Rd, Warren, Mi 48092.
  5. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed.
